Election Interference | Donald Trump + Stormy Daniels hush money case

Recommended Posts

MSNBC (gasp!) is doing a good job of summarizing testimony in real time. And their legal commenters are surprisingly even-handed.

So now we know a little more about Trump's game. It wasn't just "grab 'em by the p[]ssy." No, he had his wingman approach Stormy to say that Trump would like to have dinner with her. She goes to his room. He's in silk pajamas (!) She asks him to change for dinner. He doesn't "just start kissing her." He pretends to be interested in her life. And then? Well, I guess we'll hear that soon.

It wouldn't surprise me if much of the MAGA cult actually admire his bullying and domination of this 27 year old woman.

The first "encounter" - that's on her. She's a grown up and should have known what Trump wanted.

Trump's continued attempts to contact her to get some more, while dangling the false hope of getting her a role on The Apprentice? That's the stuff of Harvey Weinstein.

Trump's team unsurprisingly moves for a mistrial after Daniels' testimony. Unlikely they will succeed here, but the judge was not pleased with how the whole thing went down.

From lots of shady people with sensational stories for the cycle and base to rage on.

What are you talking about?

Cohen paid Daniels.  Trunp paid Cohen.  It’s all documented, and already shown in court.  There would be no case (“falsifying business records”) without it.

Right. They had a Trump Org employee authenticate the actual checks. Whether she was paid is not seriously disputed. It's "what did Trump know (or direct) and when did he know it"
