People who get off their ass and earn decent living lean republican

Recommended Posts

They start that graph at 100k. DEI corporate hires make that much these days. Let's see what 250k+ looks like. I can honestly say in over 15 years of business I don't think I've ever met a Dem in those circles (besides politicians). When you actually work for something and devote your life to building it up you don't want to give half of it back to the government so they can hand it to Ukraine, house illegal immigrants, and pay off other people's college loans. Just sayin'

Well u met your 1st one today. Lots more around. All those old wealth Rs who r disgusted by MAGA. I’m on a bus to Albuquerque with a dozen or so right now:  retired lawyers, business men, dentists, doctors, nurses who all share a passion for skiing.   Interesting that the geographic divide among affiliation largely holds:  southerners r MAGAs

exactly, the majority of people who are smart and motivated to earn a recent living don’t want the government stealing from them.

Or telling them how to live their life. Also people doing the most important work for society, raising children.

I rarely meet people who are successful family people that lean towards these socialist ideologues

I don't doubt the hypothesis, but can you find something after 2014 and not associated with a religious study?

PEW RESEARCH CENTER

2014 RELIGIOUS LANDSCAPE STUDY (RLS-II)

MAIN SURVEY OF NATIONALLY REPRESENTATIVE SAMPLE OF ADULTS FINAL QUESTIONNAIRE

And you just lost your whole argument.

What party is dictating how people should live?

Which party is attacking women's rights?

Which party is literally trying to erase LGTBQ?

Which party comprises of racists and Nazis?

Maybe they aren't a fan of Trump but I doubt many if hardly any identify as Dem as per the poll. The Democrat agenda does not make any sense to a business person or high earner. You can't hand out money that doesn't exist without input. You can't hire people based on skin color, you hire the best person for the job. Etc, etc

I’m one. It makes sense to me. It makes sense to most of these high income folks I’ve been dining with at night. The pew study shows almost equal numbers of Rs and D’s for over 100k. It gets more D dominant as u go up in income. See my axios link. Trump has started a class war and apparently u think you’re on the high income side.

Democrats are the ones that made me stay home for two years, try indoctrination of our kids into liberal extreme ideology, forced me and my kids to take an unproven vaccine, try to steal more of my money than they already steal and try to usurp my local governments power under their own control, have instituted law enforcement policy that has resulted in crime encroaching into our formally safe neighborhoods.

why does anyone stand for this?

the only answer is you don’t have anything to lose because you’ve already lost, or you don’t have any responsibility in life or a family to protect.

I’m not. Find a single study that shows R vs D by income bracket.

it’s irrefutable. The better you do the more Likely you lean R. Until you get to the elites<1%.

Well that could be the reason why the R's want to keep more of the money they make & the D's don't care to give away a bigger piece of their income to allow the gov't to take care of them & make decisions about how they should live .

I’m laughing at the naive stupidity this post presents. you don’t see the intention of these very deliberate demarcation lines?

Now do under 30k and between 100-500k. this deliberate obfuscation and split exactly makes my point.

just because the extremely wealthy top 0.5 % elites tend to start to lean back towards democratic agenda because they’re part of the power agenda.

Partisan differences in views of personal tax burdens are much larger among higher earners than lower earners. For instance, 67% of Republicans with family incomes of at least $100,000 a year say they pay more than their fair share in taxes, compared with fewer than half of Democrats (45%) in the same income range. This pattern is also seen among those with incomes of $75,000 to $99,999 a year.
