This is not normal FYI this will be part of DeSantis campaign - see no further then our Election Day vote count efficiency for how well we run things in Florida And a catastrophic hurricane devastated us just 1 month prior. The problem with the assumption you’re making here is that there are House races that are uncompetitive or uncontested distort the national turnout numbers.
