Biden is a good president. Fascist don't think so, but so what?

If what you mean by fascists is ordinary and powerless middle class and working class citizens, and small business owners who love their country but understand that their concerns are disregarded by the Washington political establishment and both major political parties which don't represent their interests or views then yes, they don't like Biden.

Yeah, so says the lemming who gleefully accepted a Ministry of Truth.  You can't write this stuff any better!

OK.  I tongue-in-cheek added the tag line "What a Mess" to all of my PPP posts when Demented Biden started making mistakes.  But Holy Cow!  I could never have imagined how much worse it has become.  This administration is a total disaster.  He/it or whoever is running the Executive Branch hasn't gotten one ***** thing right.  Not one.  He/it can't even answer questions at an Easter egg roll without ***** up.  Every day I'm more and more surprised at the ineptitude.  Can it get any worse?  Honestly.  Can it?

What a mess!

What's ironic is you seem oblivious to your own bigoted intolerant attitude and statements.  Maybe stop and think that you're being more "judgy" than the people you criticize?

When all of that failed, Giuliani and others pushed a false claim that the law allowed the Georgia legislature to replace its members of the electoral college with a slate that would vote for the defeated president. Legislators refused to play along and the Trump campaign instead sent 16 “fake electors” using false election certificates – another failed attempt to overturn the election replicated in six other states lost by Trump.

Willis has told some of those involved in the fake electors plot that they are the target of criminal investigation by the grand jury, including the Georgia Republican party chair, David Shafer, and a state senator, Brandon Beach.

Carlson said the combination of Trump’s actions potentially amount to a substantial body of evidence of wide wrongdoing.

“The focus for this grand jury is solicitation of election fraud. Presumably most of the evidence that they’re receiving will focus on that. Then there will be making false statements to state or other governmental bodies. The creation of a slate of electors, which took the position that Trump had won the election, will come under that sort of umbrella. Then we’ll probably have the grand jury looking at criminal conspiracy and violation of oath of office,” he said.

The Brookings Institution said that if Trump is charged with a crime, he is likely to claim that he cannot be held criminally liable for his actions as president. But it said that defence is likely to fail, because immunity from liability only extends to actions taken by the president that were within the scope of his lawful duties.

While Trump as president did have the authority to unilaterally declassify most items, there are some major exceptions to that rule, including those related to nuclear weapons. And last Thursday evening, The Washington Post issued a bombshell report alleging that among the documents the Department of Justice sought were “classified documents relating to nuclear weapons.”

Attorney General Merrick Garland’s announcement that the DOJ would move to unseal the warrant and receipt list had already rocked Republicans by undercutting their claims that the department wasn’t being transparent. But The Washington Post’s reporting prompted an almost eerie silence from the right on Twitter for hours Thursday night. When Trump attorney Christina Bobb was asked on Fox News about the report, she offered up a less-than-rock-solid defense. Bobb said that she had “not specifically spoken to the president about what nuclear materials may or may not have been in there. I do not believe there were any in there.”

"I don't know if he's been hacked or just completely lost his mind, but by my count Trump has posted or reposted over SIXTY things so far this morning, most of which are rando accounts with almost no followers or straight QAnon people," Filipkowski tweeted.
