I always found it funny when there would be one guy holding a "I Need Tickets" sign and 10 feet away from him is another guy holding a "I Have Tickets" sign.

That’s called inventory control. It was a finely tuned system of obtaining stock, while selling off stock. Crackheads need to be good with economics.

There is a Bills run Season Ticket group on FB, where people are constantly trying to sell/buy tickets.  Whomever is running it from the office is constantly reminding people they can't sell tickets in the group.

If someone gets scammed buying tickets on Facebook, they are simply paying a societal moron tax.

Thought the same thing.  With seats still available, they are trying to slow down sales on the secondary market.

There are only like 400 tickets available from the bills I called

They sold 71,000 Plus

Thats what it is, they dont want someone going out and buying a seat for cheap that was already sold.  They want you to go and buy a seat that hasnt been sold yet.  I always buy from a site (Ticketmaster, vivid seats, seat geek) and I never had a problem when getting into the game or concert.

I hope there arent too many issues with that tomorrow, would be a shame to get to the game tailgate, and then not be able to get in.

I called the bills

They have sold over 71,000 tickets for the game... They personally don't have a lot left to buy

The NFL has an antitrust exemption, so totally legal, unfortunately.

well, since a robust (legitimate) secondary market exists for tickets holders to sell their own tickets, in addition to the team's unsold tickets for purchase through ticketmaster ---it's obvious an argument that a "monopoly" on ticket sales can't be made.

I was just responding to the post talking about a monopoly and filing a lawsuit.  The NFL's antitrust exemption would be one defense, and what you posted would be another 😁

yeah I don't know why the poster was invoking "monopoly" over this topic.  Makes no sense.
