Why do you ask?

Well, even without being a "conspiracy theorist", trillions of dollars (i.e. the size of the world's economy) support either one of them.

That's why I ask.  Why do serfs so fervently support their masters?

I'm not a complete #######.  I'm always open to someone smacking me in the forehead and saying, "Hey, you've been an idiot!".

It's why I ask.

Trump is not a Republican. He is a representative of an alternative global project. Bretton Woods has run its course. While most want to argue about antiquated left right nonsense, it is a conversation that is no longer relevant to the future of America. A new global order is just beginning. While everyone is possessed by the current short term thinking, they are deaf dumb and blind to what comes next. An obvious question is this, if and when rates go negative, how will commercial lenders survive? They won't. What will happen to the stock market? Collapse one way or the other. Why? Because most companies will be taken private again. Black Rock is at the forefront of this. Globalism as we have known it is dead. Free trade routes protected by Americans at no charge, that game is over. Now that the world is awash in US dollars, it is essentially heroin to over 200 countries. As we pull back our protections, all nations will forced to shorten their supply chains, build up their defenses while increasing their debts, and run the risk of being cut off from the dollar, which would cripple their ability to trade. Under Bretton Woods, geography did not matter to a nation looking to sell a product and ship to a buyer anywhere in the world. Sooner than later, geography will indeed matter again. For those that don't see this coming, who cares...they should have been paying attention...

Thank you for your response!  Seriously.  You're a gem.  But here's my question: why do you think the power people of the world would ever leave their wealth to question?  The answer is: they wouldn't!  No apocolypse is coming, because all the  "crises" and "apocalypses" have been orchestrated.  In regard to Bretton Woods: sure yes, but it was just one part of a greater plan...  but no matter what, bro, they can't take YOU from YOU if you don't give it to them.

Neither can the "we won't ban fracking" and then the "we want to ban fracking" statements made earlier.  But Pence did a good job pinning her down and inflaming the far-leftists with that comment.

...you do know that the fly on Pence's head was actually a mic supplying him with answers, right?......

No, it was CGI so that people would have something else to talk about instead of Kammy's poor performance.

I could talk about the mindset beyond Bretton Woods and it's dismantling, but surprises are what makes life worth living. The new paradigm is a requirement at this point. Free will will be respected. However, the majority of people will have to grapple with a question of great significance. What is "civilization", and what is my role within it? On this forum, I will avoid any esoteric interpretations.

Well...the obvious answer to that would be, they can set out and repeal Trumps hand-out to the wealthy/tax bill, and create a new tax bill that does not raise taxes on anyone who makes less than $400,000 a year.

I'm ALL ABOUT esoteric interpretaion!  Seriously.  PM me if you want.

But I understand your reticence.  You're very right: surprises are what makes life worth living!  But maybe also.. knowing that your fundamental life essence has nothing to do with Bretton Woods?

When it comes to life essence, I am well aware that I am from "out of town"...  Being here in the world at this particular time is a true gift. The dreamer and the dream are indivisible.
