It was a great story: an un-drafted free agent, tearing up the league in the 2nd half of that season, but he just didn't get better. Maybe even regressed? His best asset is his speed, but he didn't develop in the more skills part of the game. Brown and Diggs, and probably Davis, made him expendable. All I could think of was Foster doing that same thing and everyone saying Josh wasn't accurate. I think this was seen multiple times in 2018 but not 2019 so much.
