I'm not deflecting anything. I'm just at the finish line waiting for you to get there with your idiotic line of logic.

So, let's fast forward through the part where I say yes.

Get to the point where you ask me why I participate in capitalism if I'm against it, like a ***** idiot. I'm dying for it.

so do tell Why TF you have not moved yet to a society that better fits  your world views?

Because I'm an American patriot. Why would I move somewhere else and let my own country suffer?

hmm, so you rail against capitalism, despise our governmental and economic system, and yet claim to be a patriot. Please explain, as that seems non nonsensical to me

A good parent doesn't praise a child when they do wrong. They correct it.

Dunno - He won't release his tax returns and his financial claims are...bogus

You or I have no right to see his tax returns. I assume he turned them into the IRS and I'm as equally sure that they went over them with a fine tooth cob. You're just babbling.

I don't really think this country would suffer if you left. It would be interesting for you to test the theory though.

so you think the founding principles of our country are  wrong? Then why do you claim to be a patriot?

No, I do not. I think that the current ones are.

I really don't think you know very much about the philosophies of the people that founded this country. You would be hard pressed to find many of them aligned to the republican cause today. Madison, Jefferson and Adams in particular.

What would be the differences? Certainly Jefferson thought an agrarian society was preferred, but please do inform how any of our founding fathers felt a socialistic/ communistic society was why they sacrificed their lives to separate from the Monachy?

In fairness that's only 4 years in total.

It's been over 20 and I've worked blue collar to white collar, unskilled to highly specialized, family business to international conglomerate, startup to a company with hundreds of thousands of employees. The only thing I've never really done is work for the government, though I've worked with them.

so your family was a capitalistic, scum sucking organization that benefited from the sweat of the oppressed...why did you work for them?

By “correct it” he means to rip down the foundations of the nation and replace them with ideologies antithetical to the very core of our nation’s ideals and liberty itself...
