Now that's a winning campaign strategy.

Ok time to play devil's advocate.  What if an illegal was very ill, had been in an accident or for whatever reason needed emergency care.  What do you do?  Now if I'm running for President I don't broadcast the fact that "they deserve care" but again what do you do?

Interesting proposal, but does it jibe with the treaties on asylum?

There's some serious structural problems with the idea above and beyond that, too.  What to the petitioners do between "apply for asylum" and "go to the United States?"  Stay in the consulate?  Go home and hope the Tonton Macoute don't find out they're trying to leave the country?

Colorado governor's office speaks out after migrants bused from New Mexico

https://www.krqe.com/news/latest-news/colorado-governor-s-office-speaks-out-after-migrants-bused-from-new-mexico/2003269496

The governor of Colorado is speaking out saying Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham did not provide a warning before sending migrants there.

A group of migrants were bused to Denver with the help of the governor's office. The Denver Post reports that Lujan Grisham's office paid $4,000 for the transport of 55 Central American migrants.

The Denver Post states that this was in coordination with a nonprofit, Annunciation House, that helps send migrants to Denver due to the overcapacity of shelters. This is reportedly the first time the organization sent migrants to another state.

That is funny. Denver is a sanctuary city, after all.

You had a bed? We called you a rich kid.

I just had nails.  Rusty ones.  Had to pile them up.

Well it wasn't really a bed.  More like a rock with nails sticking out of it.

Well it wasn't really rain.  More like acid falling from the sky.  We lived next to Bethlehem Steel.

Must have been nice to warm yourself near the furnaces.  Lucky bastard.
