It should put Haskins as a clear #1 and would likely force the hand of the Giants / Jags or any other team who wants a potential franchise QB into moving up to 1 or 2. There's always a chance Lock or even Daniel Jones ends up as a Gabbert / Locker type that someone talks themselves into going up to get but I'm not holding my breath on that.
