I think I voted 'no' on everything.  The propositions in this state are madness.

Prop 12....every chicken must have paid sick leave!!

I love how they have a proposition to repeal the gas tax turns into "Vote No To Keep Our Roads Safe!"

You need a lawyer to make sure you're reading them correctly. It's embarrassing.

The best was two years ago when they had competing props over plastic bags.   I don't really give a ***** if I have to pay 10 cents now for a bag, but can't you just have one prop that says "Plastic bags, Yes or No?"

Last time there were good ones like legal pot and no condoms for porn stars.  This year's was nothing but money grabs.

No apologies needed. I'm not sure, I haven't looked at the individual races that closely expect some of the earlier ones.

It looks like it's going to be at least a +3 majority - probably closer to +8.

+3 would mean the Ds underperformed. A +8 would be the bare minimum normal pickup for the party not in power (on year 2 of the opposing party's presidency).

i wonder how the dems will play this? It is far from an "impeach Trump" mandate.

Theyll play it as an Antifa mandate.

I don't know how Walker doesn't crush everyone in Wisconsin. The state is doing so well in terms of employment and growth. Yet he struggles every election.

Public sector unions , and the bases they create within a state.  It's a ridiculous amount of low level corruption.

Yeah.  The problem may have been Hillary Clinton there Ben.

It's almost as if the more likeable candidate has an advantage in elections!

More Gov races:   Rep somehow winning in CA wanna be CT.  Kemp holding above 50% runoff threshold with 94% in.

So now the "official" projection ceiling is capped at +3

Several races which were called early are still being looked at. The majority looks to be slim - if it holds.

House Score

r: 178

d:195

(62 left)

+26 Dem flip - official control

- projected +3 majority
