Ridgewaycynic2013
Seeing YOLO's report on bumping into Cardale Jones got me thinking about underused, misdrafted, and just plain bad breaks for Buffalo at the QB position. Clowns not bothering to look at the playbook, 'wasn't my fault' sorts (Todd Collins), and other misfits. Can any of our forum contributors recall another team so badly snakebit at finding success at the QB position?

I seen no Super Bowl in his future here, and don't believe he's gonna be a Super Bowl calibre QB anywhere else either
Marv's Neighbor
Looking up "QB futility," there's the BILLS logo. We set the standard! I dare any other team to unseat us. BTW, we're long overdue to change, and I hope the past is not prologue, starting with this season. Not to take away from; Kemp, Lamonica, Ferguson, and Kelly but the years of blanks over almost 60 seasons is glaring.

Can any of our forum contributors recall another team so badly snakebit at finding success at the QB position? The Browns. Buffalo's problems at QB arguably stem from under-investment in the position. Before this year, only 2 1st round picks in the last 20 years (both bottom half of 1st picks too), plus a 3rd,4th,5th, and 7th. 6 draft picks overall. Considering it's the most important position in football, that's......(censored). Compare and contrast with Cleveland, who invested 4 1st round picks including #1 overall during the same time period, plus 4 additional 2nd or 3rd round picks and some others - pretty much twice the investment the Bills have made - and still mostly failed to field a competent, let alone a franchise QB 22 hours ago, Augie said: But they have Tyrod now!
