So let me get this straight Chris Brown knows how bad he thinks Allen might be and destroys him. But most draft Experts have him going number 1 over all to cleveland. So he is not good enough to go in the middle of the first round or even 2nd or 3rd round. So who am I to believe The Draft experts or Chris Brown who knows nothing about drafting QB’s. I’m going to be laughing my ass off in a couple years from now when Allen becomes the best QB in the draft class

You do realize that Blaine Gabbert was hyped to the hilt by draft experts too right?  They called it payola back in the radio days.

Yes I do, but no big time hype for Rudolph it’s all about the Allen and Darnold Hype. Meanwhile Mayfield and Rudolph are getting short changed. Also Rosen is getting savaged by media reports. most of them are probably fulse. That’s why I’m on the Rudolph train. I’ve looked at him pretty good. I think this guy is real and a leader and has the whole package. Who’s to say he does not end up being the best QB in this draft class.

Maybe Paxton Lynch can give him some tips on what not to do? One of the reasons why I don't think that the Broncos are going to draft a qb with their high first round pick is that Lynch has shown a commitment to his profession this offseason that he hasn't shown before. Elway may try to salvage what up to now has been a mistake.

Either that or they trade Lynch knowing they're going to draft Allen.

But whoever takes him will most likely lose there job. & if this fanbase wants the Bills to succeed... you & everyone else better pray... Beane doesn't select Allen.

So true...

If they take a WR again before we even have a QB then I'll say goodbye to another regime. I'm going to say not a chance they pass up a QB, none.

but...a.j. could be better than dalton and ridley could be be a huge weapon....especially if he can be a deep threat.

Check this out .. granted a couple of years old ... but kind of tells a lot I think in terms of scores for the position  ... Jackson's score doesn't help him when compared to below.  Didn't know Tyrod's score till I pulled this.  Not sure if connected ... but could illustrate why he couldn't see beyond the first receiver in a progression?

I think Allen is going to be really good.  I've seen enough people who have no clue what they are talking about rip him down and on the flip side people whose opinion I respect talk highly of him.  The guy has the physical tools to get something positive out of a bad play and when he's on he's hands down better than the other guys in this class.

How does he stack up when the play is NOT broken?  Something to be said for not getting to that point.

I'd be cool with Allen in the 3rd round.

There's no way that you'd be cool with a "terrible prospect" with "critical flaws" in any round.  He's either both of those things and therefore undraftable, or he's neither of those things and your characterization of him is hyperbole.

Like I said, I'm cool with a 6'5 QB with a huge arm in round 3.

Not a chance I'm picking a guy with major accuracy issues and questionable decision making in round 1.

I guess I don't understand.  If you truly think he's as bad a player, with as little a chance for success as you say, then why would you bother with him at all?

If I really felt the way you appear to (terrible, critical flaws, etc.) about a guy, then he's not on my draft board.  Example: Orlando Brown is a 6'8" OT that didn't allow a sack as a senior; he's not on my draft board.  He came into draft season with a potential 1st round grade from some personnel guys, and yet I would not pick him with any pick whatsoever.  He's overweight, slow, and had a horrendously lazy and nonathletic performance in his workouts.
