Very watchable movie. I’m also looking forward to Weapons. I watched Companion last night. Not a scary movie by any stretch of the imagination, but more of a Sci-fi thriller. I enjoyed the story and the twists and turns. It reminded me of an episode of Black Mirror turned into a movie. I do recommend it. Inept investigation and protocol that have haunted the victims and accused families and destroyed the accused lives. This series was frustrating as heck to watch. Certainly underscores the dangers of police using interrogation techniques that tend to lead to false confessions. Overall a decent watch, but I’ll admit I was hoping for some closure at the end. Especially considering the new DNA evidence discovered near the end. 2 Quote

Its only 4 episodes, and I have watched 3 so far, and it is really good. It's about a 13 year old boy who is accused of Murder, and it is shot in a unique style....each episode is a one scene, continuous-action shot from start to finish. Really good acting, especially by the 13 year old kid....episode three was the best episode so far......a really gripping drama, IMO. Wow, Adolescence really cleaned up at the Emmys tonight........well deserved!! Quote

Johnny Hammersticks Posted September 18 Posted September 18 Stalking Samantha: 13 Years of Terror was absolutely mind blowing. Three episode true-crime miniseries on Hulu. I won’t spoil anything, but I just kept thinking to myself that if this were my daughter, I’d have tuned this idiot up with a Louisville slugger after like year five. Check it out. ✌️ Quote
Special K Posted September 24 Posted September 24 Anyone catch "The Lowdown" on FX tonight?? They had two episodes tonight, but I only watched episode 1.......had to DVR episode 2 for later. There are a lot of characters, and a lot going on, but it seems like it's going to be pretty good. Its got that "Noir" vibe to it......like Fargo without the snow. Give it a try. Quote
