Some of us can't watch.  Some detail would be nice...

Guy from Texas (missed his name) said he wondered how he (Strzok) could look into his wife's eyes... (and I started cackling so missed the rest of it)

Gohmert just raise the point - in relation to the praise heaped on Strzok by the past two democratic members - that Strzok has a history of lying to his wife about his affair with Lisa Page.

This resulted in chaos and Jackson Lee asking Gohmert if he was off his medication.

And Strzok lost his temper. As did a bunch of democrats.

Is it a low blow? It's the truth and speak to his character.

well sure it is a low blow. and yes, it does speak to his character.

the problem is we have let character flaws become the norm instead of the exception these days. he should have been fired on the spot when it was found that he slept with a subordinate. all these congress criters have control files on them and that is why the characters flaws are allowed.

The demoted him to human resources when they found out.

As the head of counter intelligence, having an affair opens him up to blackmail.

fired, kicked out of the FBI. he is now a conflict of interest. he has no place within the FBI, even as a janitor.

They kept him in his position because if they fired him, the IG loses access to him. So it's just a rest stop before being fired (and indicted).

The first shot of the next Civil War might be fired on the House floor, at this rate.

I hope that shot hits Pelosi in the head, since it wouldn't critically injure her...

 Democrats have completely lost it.

they are saying it is against house rules. house rules prevent this against house members and the president. nothing about those brought in front of the house.

Poe: how do we know that the FBI does not act with bias?

Strzok: by doing what you explained.  you look at the evidence. you look at the actions of the analysts and what everyone else does.

me: if we look at all that, it would certainly seem there is bias.

So much this.

he's still got security clearance? human resources gets security clearance?

He's got clearance - but as head of CID he had higher clearances than even deputy directors of FBI have due to the nature of the work done by CID. His clearances have been severely throttled. They had to keep some of them to allow him to read/comment on documents with the IG.
