boyst Posted March 19, 2017 Share Posted March 19, 2017 i propose a rule which says that the two engaged in debate - either any board member around or the one waiting rebuttal may call the other out to quarom, if you will. the poster has 18 hours to respond or will forfeit. 12 is too short, and 24 is too long. this can speed things up, and by default the winner would become the one whom called the other.
