He implemented the Pin and pull blocking concept. Some refer to it as the pin and pull sweep. The Bills flourished when they ran that play. With all these big, athletic linemen in these 3-4 defenses, this is a great way to expose them to the outside. If the LBs gets up field too early, they're already out of the play. Fadingpain Posted July 27, 2016 Share Posted July 27, 2016 (edited) Most successful Bills play ever: The fake run over the top on the goal line followed by the pass to Butch Rolle who would sneak off the line of scrimmage and end up, always, wide open in the end zone.
