"Pick From Four" Game

Recommended Posts

I did this last year and it generated a lot of good discussion. I'm giving you four players in each round to choose from. Copy and paste it into your Reply, showing your choice. I'll reply to my own post to demonstrate.

The twist is that the Bills have already traded down with Seattle, who wants a DT43 before 2 other teams in their division. That's why the Bills have an extra 3 and 4.

You may "write in" your own picks (but as reference, please use DraftTek's Big Board for appropriate pick #) which others may opt to use.

You may draft players earlier (but not later). Example: Cardale Jones at RD3-80 instead of RD3-90, but not at RD4-117.

You may pick "Hogan-Prescott-Jones"-->all 3 are gone before the Bills' RD4 pick. ~Astro

Thanks Astro. These are my picks

Ogbah

Kenny Clark

Chris Jones

Ifedi

Kearse

Joe Haeg

Brandon Allen

TG Green

Boehringer (he returned German kicks FWIW)

Elandon Roberts (Write In)

I am only familiar with some of these players so I did a lot of this by need. Addressed the defensive front 7 right out of the gate. Then some O Line in the middle. QB was the one position I think I should've gotten earlier, but oh well. Finally two good sleepers at the end. I didn't see Roberts on the draft tek boards at all (maybe I missed him)

Bad fit for what the Bills want to do. He's not good in drop coverage. He's smaller than you'd like (5'11"). He tackles too low. He has one year of production.

How about Priority UDFA?

Take him lower. Ahhh yes! I was pleased with some of the pieces (Ifedi, Boehringer) that did fall. Again I was sorta just going by positional need for bit too. I do like what youre throwing down in your tagline.

Thanks again for the game.

I am liking some of these drafts. I can't wait for it all to start.

I will dance a jig if Buffalo trades down, as I trust that our deep-draft capability is pretty skilled.

Abdesmad was the DE that O'Leary clocked. He was out for 1 1/4 years. That would be interesting!

At first glance, it looks like you took 2 OLB's, but I could see Fackrell being the WILB and Ngakoue the rushbacker. Sweet!

I think this is probably Lawson last year. I think Fackrell is a nice replacement.

I think there are some reaches and not filling by BPA. It seems more of positional need. And if we are looking for a returner I'd rather go a CB or RB that can return and get a bigger body capable of slot position to play WR.
