I can't believe what I am reading about this game... I expect this crap nationally, but on this board? THIS week?

This is the first home game after the passing of our hall of fame owner. We are honoring him and our legendary hall of fame QB that just kicked cancers ass! On top of all that, we have just learned that the future of our beloved bills is secure in buffalo.

It's not like we're playing the !@#$ing seahawks! We are playing the dirty, stinky, smelly !@#$ing dolphins! They have no idea what they are walking into. The earth will literally be shaking. There will be such a release of emotion that the thought of it gives me chills. The game will be no contest!

Go Bills!

I hope the guys playing in the game feel the same way!

PFT’s Week Two picks: http://profootballta...ek-two-picks-5/

Dolphins at Bills

MDS’s take: No team surprised me more in Week One than the Bills, who look like they’ve developed an offense that takes advantage of EJ Manuel’s strengths and a defense that has talent all over the field. Buffalo might just be a playoff team. Who saw that coming?

MDS’s pick: Bills 24, Dolphins 20.

Florio’s take: Both teams were surprise winners in Week One. The Bills are riding a rare wave of euphoria, with the team likely not moving for a long time, if ever. If they can do what they did to the Bears in Chicago, they can find a way to hold serve at home against a division rival.

Florio’s pick: Bills 24, Dolphins 20.

Who's better: Forte or Moreno? Moreno looked pretty damned good against the Pats. And, Forte averaged over 10 per carry. Our W against the Bears notwithstanding, I'm not so sure we have solved our abysmal run defense problem from last season. Will the addition of Bradham this week make that much of a difference in our run D? I'm skeptical.

Forte is far better than Moreno and it's not even close.

Schwartz deliberately played guys off and forced Chicago to make lots of short throws with the idea that Cutler would eventually make mistakes. If you watched Marrone's PC, he said that watching film from last year, teams that blitzed did not have much luck against the Bears. This game should be different. I expect to see a page taken out of Pettine's defense on Sunday - lots of Robey and corner blitzes if we aren't getting enough pressure with the front 4.

Robert Woods on ESPN radio says he's better than Sammy Watkins... says it in the most modest way possible. #Bills

I'm a huge Robert Woods guy, I was thrilled when he slipped to us in the second round. People forget he was one of the best WRs in college football before he hurt his ankle. The guy is going to be an excellent player in this league for years to come. How excellent I have no idea, but it wouldn't surprise me to see him lead the Bills in all receiving categories by the end of the year.
