All money from the team is distributed to the members of the Nation, most of whom live in the area and are Bills fans. Casino and hotel built next to stadium. I am loving this idea. It's in their by laws an NFL owner cannot have controlling interests in any gambling casinos. It's black and white. They don't want 1922 baseball all over again. Besides, I don't know if the nation has that kind of capital, and if they did, how could they spin off the business as it is on Indian lands? It was a nice thought though. The one big rub I can see is stadium-generated revenue. I can't see the Bills passing that up and I can't see anyone building a stadium letting that go.
