Looks like some kind of Buffalo Bills Official draft party for box seat owners or really wealthy season ticket holders or something. Whaley played football @ Pitt, safety/linebacker per wikipedia. Did you also know that Buddy Nix was the Head Coach at Tennessee-Chattanooga back when T.O. went there?
