No it's what happens to a team when a pick is negated by a BOGUS penalty, and the you're bumped out of field goal range by an even WORSE penalty call. Just look at the past 9 Super Bowl winning QBs, all high quality. Fitz isn't great but most QBs need playmakers around them to be effective. The Bills have 3 guys on offense that can make things happen - two of them are now out. Not many QBs are going to look great in that situation.
