So they can re-sign Fred and the rookies, and Levitre and Byrd this year. They just have to put roster bonuses or guaranteed cash in 2013 as the bigger number. After this year, they get 8 million back in dead money from cutting Maybin and trading Evans. No one needs to be cut, no one needs to be moved, no worries. This is some very good news and an excellent position for us. Guys dont need to sweat worrying about being cut soon for the sake of money and we can go to camp with 17 Pass rushing Defensive ends! This year I think it is a shared total percentage across all 32 teams, and it's based on cash-to-cap, which we were already practicing. I believe it has more to do with Buddy executing the plan he has been talking about for the last 3 years.
