Miyagi-Do Karate
Greggo going to the Rams. http://espn.go.com/blog/nflnation/post/_/id/52322/report-gregg-williams-leaving-saints Well, I enjoyed watching the Saints' defense destruct, as GW looked on, befuddled, in his tinted glasses. I look forward to seeing the same in St. Louis now...

FrankReichComeback
Yeah what is up with GW in just two years he went from a skinny little dictator looking coach to a bloated stoner look with tinted glasses and a visor. The guy looks ridiculous

Who knew? Maybe that's why thier defense stunk it up this year?
BRAWNDO
Not surprising considering his friendship with Fisher. Is anyone else surprised that Mularkey got a second chance as a HC prior to Williams?
truth on hold
Never understood how someone could be labelled a defensive "genius" for calling the same play every time.

I am still trying to block out the Gregg Williams years--what an utter disaster.

San Jose Bills Fan
I wonder if Greggo's personal trainer uses a megaphone when he's running fatty through his early-morning calisthenics.
vincec
Mike Nolan to the Saints. That would be a great pickup for them.
San Jose Bills Fan
Mike Nolan to the Saints. That would be a great pickup for them. Good call. His Dad went on to coach the Saints after leaving San Francisco back in the 70's. Of course there's still a chance that Miami will want to retain him. NoSaint
Good call. His Dad went on to coach the Saints after leaving San Francisco back in the 70's. Of course there's still a chance that Miami will want to retain him. Right now the 3 names are Nolan, spags, or del rio to replace him. Del rio seems most seamless schene and player personnel and is friends with Sean Peyton Unless spags can whip this front 4 into shape (lord knows with no first or FA dollars a pass rushers hard to come by) which he is better long term but with a chance for a home superbowl I'm thinking this team is all in this year And Nolan would be GREAT longterm but I worry about stocking the 34 personnel given the cap and lack of a top pick. San Jose Bills Fan
Right now the 3 names are Nolan, spags, or del rio to replace him. Not to slight Greggo too much but I'm thinking the Saints will be just fine without him.
NoSaint
Not to slight Greggo too much but I'm thinking the Saints will be just fine without him. I think all 3 are a step up long term. The only issue short term being fitting personnel into plans effectively.
