Why? Don't give me stats. Tell me why he was the greatest running back of all time and should be in the same category as Jim Brown.

He was the offensive player of the year 3x. Three years of being the best offensive player in the NFL makes him one of the best to play the game. Quick, fast, elusive, he was the most complete of the complete backs untill LT. Dominant player. He was like Thurman Thomas 2.5.

Looks like Reed won't make it to the Hall this year. He will finish behind Cris Carter and likely Shannon Sharpe. Even though Sharpe is listed at TE, I douby more then 2 pass catchers make the Hall. Too bad, I think Adree will follow the route of Art Monk.

Andre Reed will never make the Hall.

Who is this straw man who said Faulk is the greatest RB of all time?

And why wouldn't I give you stats? 4 times over 2000 yds from scrimmage. 7 seasons over 1000 rushing including his final season. 10th all time rushing. 135 TDs. One ring. Best RB of his playing era. The guy is first ballot HOF. It's not even going to be close.

Totally agree.

If Thurman Thomas was a first ballot hall of famer, WITHOUT QUESTION this stud is. And I was Thurman's biggest fan and will admit this truth with ease.
