Meark
I was so pissed when Matthews got his last sack and he made it a point to squat over Edwards on the ground and do a tea bagging move.. Since when did that become acceptable? I've seen the replay a few times and it pisses me off more every time I see it.. I have no problem with a little celebration to but to squat over another player like that is total BS.. He should be fined in my opinion... and he should have been penalized.. End rant.. dollars 2 donuts
Most of the posters responses in this thread are as sad as the team they are supposedly fans of, so no big surprise there. We get what we deserve. markinsd, it is not right, even for a team that gets laughed at. Who would we have retaliate? That is the beauty of it, since most of our guys aren't what we'd describe as "great" losing one of them by reason of ejection would be acceptable. Should the guy injure Matthews? No. Should he beat the **** out of him in front of his home field fans with a late hit that drops him to the turf like a cheerleader after the play and slap him around like a little b****...hell yes. They are not very good, but they are MY team and that is embarrassing. GO BILLS!

Red
Same thing both are jerks out of control. Yeah sure. Wanting a smaller government, accountable to the people, cutting spending and taxes so as to allow the private sector to flourish and allow this country to grow again (and in effect, for people to have JOBS) is sure out of control. And man, wanting to return to the values inherent with the great men who founded this nation sure is a thing only jerks would subscribe to. @$$. You should shake the cobwebs off that thing attached atop your neck before its too late. I'd say the globalist/marxist plan used by BOTH parties over the past 20 or so years to move towards global governance is truly foolish, truly jerks (to put it mildly) moving us in that direction, and truly out of control. Ah, but I digress. Story out of Georgia this week. A private landowner, has a large garden in his backyard. He would grow quite a bit of produce, and when he would give the surplus to his neighbors, he was charged and went to court over it. The court decided that he could not give those vegetables to his neighbors. NY City dictator Michael Bloomberg created the salt ban. Restaurants are not allowed to use salt in any recipe. California has banned trans fats. These are not centralized motions made by 1 agency. Yet. These are gradual, regional erosions of freedom of choice, in little nuggets here and there. I'm not old enough for Medicare. But I honestly think there shouldn't be any. And let me offer you some advice....turn off the GE owned MSNBC, NBC, and CNBC. Chris Matthews is seriously deranged. These laws were made because some lobbyists, paid by private insurance companies, went to the lawmakers, because these same companies were tired of paying for health care related to these things. C'mon, do you really think anyone in the government cares if I die in a car crash because I wasn't wearing a seat-belt? Nope, but the insurance company that would have had to pay out the settlement sure does.

Agree -- that was total BS. I'll tell you what I think should have happened -- Wood and maybe one or two other linemen should have picked up Matthews and body-slammed him. You've GOT to stand up for your QB. The ensuing 15-yd penalty is irrelevant in this situation -- some things just have to be done.

outsidethebox
What the hell has happened to this organization? Our QB gets tea bagged on the field, the other teams are laughing at them. Bills fans are arguing over Dante Whitner! We average one good drive a game, our punter is the best player on the team and our last two number one picks are riding the pine collecting slivers! Oh the humanity! What the hell have we done to deserve this? We need to bring some pride back to this team. We need players who will not allow our QB to get tea bagged on the field. If he wants to be tea bagged off the field, then he is on his own. We need an owner who doesn't need to be checked with a mirror under his nose every ten minutes. We need a GM who is not a rookie at the tender old age of 70! I thought Buffalo was a tough blue collar town. Not a town that gets tea bagged by a long haired cheese eating sissy. We need a jack Lambert type of player, not a "Dante" who cries about getting laughed at. Do you think Lambert would allow the other team to laugh at him, much less tea bag him? Hell No! Lets show these pamsy mamsy skirt wearing nancies the door and bring in some players who won't refused to be laughed at and tea bagged!
Orton's Arm
Same thing both are jerks out of control. I'd argue that the real jerks out of control are the politicians in Washington and Albany who love the idea of spending other people's money. The Tea Party is a reaction against that, because neither political party has exactly done a stand-up job of reining in out-of-control spending.
