My biggest beef is that Nix & company RAN to to podium to select Spiller ( who hopefully turns out to be the next C.Johnson). It sure would have been great to pick up an additional 2nd or 3rd rounder and slide 3-6 spots. I know it takes two teams to make a trade, but you cant make a trade if you're running to the podium. Especialy for a position that e are deep at. What if Eric Berry or Haden was available @ 9 and was rated the best on NIx's board and became the pick? We'd be screamin for their heads!

I hit w the Saints last year @ 18-1. the other team i had Houston @ 25-1. I like the vikes but i like odds higher than 15-1 or so. I also like the Falcons @ 25-1. I still like Houston but they have the toughest scedule in the league so i wont play them this year. I think the NFC is the weak sister to the AFC. Niners wouldn't be a bad play w the right odds. (although I like teams that have some recent playoff experience and they have none). When I was in Vegas last April there was quite a discrepancy in these odds from casino to casino.

Actually Oakland is interesting. They rid themselves of a fat lazy expensive qb, they have a good running game and a solid def and play in a very easy division.

IIRC John Fina had a late 2nd early 3rd round "grade" we drafted in late 1st round. He had a nice 10+ year career. Same can not be said of one Eirc Flowers.

I wouldn't have an issue with Colt or about 15 other names, They will all upgrade the roster. And hopefully fill a big need. This is like Christmas for every NFL fan, unless you're a bears fan cause they dont pick until the 3rd round.
