This is a very touchy subject. Really feel to the family. I agree with most of what you said. To add to it, isn't a BAL of .012 different for everyone? Meaning that the higher a BAL isthe more it is supposed to affect decision and reaction times. But how can this be the same for everyone? I think there is still upside, the INT's should come down IIRC didn't the the Pats stick it to their old OC by letting it be known that he was on the block in the first place?
