I mean Ravens started 0-2 last year also and didn't matter. They weren't even leading their own division until late in the season.

They made some improvements towards the end of last year and stated dialing them up with some success, starting in the Rams game where Ty Johnson took a exceptionally well designed screen to the house untouched for like 45 yards to score their first TD of the game. Had a few other nice ones after that, but yeah, in general they have not been great at them.

Yup...they essentially try and shorten the game in those situations...lots of runs, short throws that are easy completions to keep the clock moving and force the other team to chew up 7-8 minutes to get down the field if they want a TD, and essentially run themselves out of time.

Wonder if he is going to fire himself for not having the team prepared to play a football game. I mean you do crazy things when you are about to hit 15 years in a playoff drought and seemingly no way out...just ask Sabres fans 😂

I also remember him in the Packers game his first season essentially stopping a key 4th and 1 by shoving the tackle into the RB in the backfield and using him to tackle the RB.

Last year the Bills played the Fins on Thursday in Miami and it was a demolition job 31-10. I am 1000% more confident in McDermott's preparation on a short week than on McDaniel's.

We saw it last year a few times as well...Bills are basically giving Allen a break for a week and just bludgeoning the other team to death with the run. No need to put your franchise in harms way when you don't need to.

It was a boring game, the kind I love to have. Game over after the first drive pretty much, you knew it was going to be a calm, easy win. The only thing you cared about was trying to get out of there healthy. Looked like a major college program taking on a D III program as a sacrificial lamb.

It was like the Bills were content to just keep running the ball to end the game and just get out of there with an easy win, almost like they were wasting their time playing this game since the outcome was already known from 5 minutes into the 1st quarter. 😂

Line is Bills -12.5...I'm laying the points and taking the Bills...should be a win by at least 20.

I have had some big toe joint issues that are not even turf toe that bothered me tremendously for a couple days where I could barely put any weight on it(no it wasn't gout because I have that as well---rarely as long as I maintain a healthy diet, but thanks to my Dad, my uric acid levels are typically high). No idea how these players play games with this or things like abdominal strains either.

Our backup QB came in for a play and had more yards passing than your starting QB did in the entire game.

Shoot, they weren't last year for us either and they were terrible. Now they actually have an excellent coach and Maye is looking better and better, I expect they will be a sneaky In The Hunt team at the end of the year
