  1. But I bet he doesn't have the skills Watson has when it comes to getting massages from random women.
  2. He has looked better than Benford lately. I view it as they want a vet presence back there because Benford has Ben making too many rookie mistakes.
  3. I view this as more the Bills wanted a vet in place of a rookie down the stretch and are using IR as a way to accomplish it.
  4. Starters trying to cover for backups who aren't in the right positions? Epenesa is likely due to lack of number of tackle attempts...if he had only 9 attempts but missed 6, it will be 66.7%.
  5. How is this dude still getting paid by the NFL?? Gotta give him props...to be THAT bad in actual games and still have teams sign you to their roster is pretty impressive!
  6. I agree with this...just because you have Superman playing QB doesn't mean you don't give him some plays when all he needs is to be Clark Kent. Also...where has the free access RPO throw to Diggs gone?? It's still there but almost never used anymore.
  7. No not really. Points are points no matter how you get them. While they were a good 2nd half team early in the year, they also were a meh first half team as well, often time going into the half tied with 10 or 13 points, then pulling away. Now that it's reversed and they score a lot in the first half, it's suddenly some big issue? Why wasn't it an issue that they didn't score much in the first half early in the year? They look disjointed at times and haven't played their best, but they are still scoring points. Something that didn't happen last year when they looked this way. They have 0 games with under 17 points this year versus 4 last year and 2 games with 351 yards or less versus 7 last year. We quickly forget that last year we looked far worse at times. They will figure it out. It's also never a bad thing to face adversity and learn how to overcome it in different ways during the regular season. Especially as you continue to win while doing so.
  8. At least they have something nice to look at even in defeat
  9. I have. They averaged 26.2 points and 396 yards in the last 6. That ranks 6th and 4th in the NFL over that time span. They are struggling to score TDs, not points or get yards. To your point, even while struggling this is a top 5 offense
  10. Jones just threw for almost 400 yards against Minnesota
  11. Judon usually disappears in Bills games. It's really amazing the lengths people will go to ignore all evidence contrary to their opinions on things and insist none of that matters.
  12. Think he has a good shot...most of the others were around that length of time. He practiced in a limited fashion last week.
  13. Are you sure about those statements regarding Daboll/Dorsey? Food for thought... The Bills had 351 yards or less offensively 7 times last year. They have 2 instances this year. The Bills scored less than 17 points 4 times last year. They have 0 instances this year. Facts don't really support your assertions. Most likely you have recency bias which makes Dorsey's "poor" games, which were better than Daboll's "poor" games, look worse due to being fresher in your mind.
  14. 2nd time...Dallas was a huge rating boon too
  15. The last 6 games they have been "struggling" the Bills have averaged the 6th most points per game at 26.2 and the 4th most yards at 396 per game. So basically even when they are "struggling" they are a top 5 offense in the NFL. That should be absolutely terrifying for the rest of the NFL. They have 16 TDs and 15 FG during that timeframe, so I think the more accurate thing to say is they are struggling to score TDs as efficiently as they normally do.
  16. Guess that's what happens when you get spun around like a top on every play. No they aren't. They are quality depth players that have been forced into playing far more than they should be
  17. Lateral Meniscus tear...probably about the best we could have hoped for. Not a long term thing.
  18. The point is people are crying in their beers here over an 8-3 team and saying we have all these injuries...newsflash. Every other team has them too.
  19. Patriots were the first team to lose in the SB era with the stat line they posted yesterday. Teams had been 170-0 in those situations https://twitter.com/OptaSTATS/status/1596022072353751040
  20. That's what I have been trying to figure out. It's been all doom and gloom. We need to get key players back at the right time. But every team will deal with injuries during the postseason and will unlikely be at full strength. Just gotta overcome it. Bills have gotten pretty good at doing that, and that pays huge dividends when they get in big games and have to do it again.
  21. Career AV, which is kind of the standard career value ranking created by Pro Football Reference. It's not perfect but it's pretty good. Tennessee would be a pretty good comp. Harold Landry was out before the season started with an ACL and they have had tons of injuries...Tannehill missed two games also.
  22. A lot changes between now and the playoffs. That's where the disconnect with people comes from. We aren't playing with a mentally and physically exhausted team that has been through a metric ton worth of crap over the past week and still managed to win 2 games in 5 days. I'll tell you something else. You wouldn't see more than one or two other teams in the NFL win both those games under those circumstances.
  23. That somehow we can't still win it all because of the injuries.
  24. It's in the tweet with the bubble size. Bills have had bad luck in that regard.
