Why would they move Epinesa when he went from 1.5 sacks to 6.5 last year? Teams usually don't get rid of guys who are showing improvement and increasing their sack totals by 5 year over year.

Not all players are the same when it comes to injury proneness. Making assumptions that because X player got hurt doing something that Y player will also be hurt doing the same thing doesn't really make any sense. Do we do that for any other positions? No.

For what? Basically if he didn't have an early lead the team lost because he wasn't bringing them back. Had some high scoring offenses but mostly did damage against bad teams. Looked inept far too often for a starting QB. I mean 50 yards passing in the 4th quarter with him was a thing against good teams. If the Bills got down more than 10 points, the game was essentially over.

Perhaps the Pats think he doesn't have as much wear and tear since he has been hurt so much and hasn't played the amount others would have... To me, it makes no sense either...usually if a player is always hurt it gets worse after age 30, not better... From my recollection it's a lot of soft tissue stuff like hamstrings...

Don't bother. You are forgetting that free agency didn't even exist for part of his tenure and there was the very mild "Plan B" Free Agency from 1989-1992, after which full free agency started. Think it would be quite a bit easier back then considering there was nobody bidding against them for players they drafted. The Bills last Super Bowl appearance coincided with the start of full free agency in 1993.

I'd probably advise leaving a little early because if you get stuck in traffic after the game it's a nightmare. Most of the time we just tailgate after and watch the late games because if you are on one of the lots, it's usually after 6pm by the time you can get out.
