Yea, that's what I'm most happy about as well, that he kept in shape. The fact that he lost a few pounds and body fat suggests he really was working hard and not eating twinkies and ding dongs as many posters here had said. If he continues that determination on the field and keeps up what he did last year the FO would be retarded not to give him a new contract. LET's GO BILLS!!!!!! I just listened to Trent's media conference, and he said that Peters looked great in practice. He also said that Peters was in on Monday and stayed very late with the O-line coach. Yesterday, Peters came in with Trent, Dockery, and Preston to go over cadences and blocking schemes. In addition, Jauron said that Peters lost some bad weight and is actually in better shape than he was at the end of last year. I really hope he plays Sunday as it sounds as if he's working really hard to get back out on the field

I was at the game on Sunday two rows back from the Seattle and the fans were absolutely abusing both Plackemeir and Mare. One of my friends yelled to him that NFL stands for Not For Long and to enjoy his last game check. I don't get into yelling at players and told him to stop. Needless to say, I didn't think the guy would be realeased. Now my friend feels awful about it. Just thought it was funny and strange that he was the guy the Bills fans targeted most at the game, kidding about his weight and awful kicks, and the next day he's gone. Obviously Holmgren agreed

As we all know, McCargo was inactive last week. I just wondering whether all of you think he will be active this week due to a injury plagued interior offensive line, or will they keep him benched in favor of extra ST players as they did last week like Copeland Bryan?

I think the Bills will win this game, but don't forget, football is played on 2 sides of the ball. The Jags have a very good defense. Henderson and Peterson are beasts. They also have a good Special Teams. In addition to that, this will be their home opener, so they should be fired up. Not saying we can't win, and it is definitely a huge benefit that their offensive line is hurt at 3 positions, but I would NOT overlook that they are a very good football team

wow! after reading the other posts I would hope that the FO didn't do this as a reactionary measure against him opting for surgery late. We are trying to be competitive this year, and while the timing is bad for surgery I feel like RB is acting like a baby if that is true.
