  1. Thanks for the article. It was a great read and makes me feel a little more confident that starting week 1 Peters will be lined up at left tackle like he's supposed to
  2. He might be our BEST offensive player. He means a lot
  3. I have a draft coming up tonight. I'm in a PPR league, so receptions count more. I have the #2 pick, and I'm trying to decide between Adrian Peterson and Westbrook. Any thoughts?
  4. per rotoworld Redskins rookie WR Malcolm Kelly underwent arthroscopic surgery to remove loose particles from his left knee on Monday. Kelly's timetable for return is supposed to be two to three weeks, but his knees have been problematic for awhile and that complicates matters. We saw last year with Robert Meachem how far behind a rookie receiver with knee woes can fall. Don't expect much, if anything from Kelly early in the season despite his solid start to training camp.
  5. I think it is, but for a rookie with no NFL experience, seeing Dr. James Andrews is a big deal
  6. Just saying that seeing James Andrews is never a good, thing. Also, Devin Thomas is hurt, and hasn't come along all that well either. I know it's only camp, but I would have thought he would be doing a little bit better. Out of all the WR's drafted, it seems from things that I've read that Jordy Nelson is the guy catching on the fastest.
  7. per rotoworld Redskins rookie Malcolm Kelly is currently in Birmingham, Alabama to have his knees evaluated. He may need a scope. Kelly has been missing time with a hamstring injury, but is also experiencing stiffness in his knees. NFL Network's Mike Mayock reported before the draft that Kelly had been removed from some teams' boards due to knee woes, so this is a concern. He remains out indefinitely. I was one of the many here who wanted kelly, and even at our 11 pick. Seems like the injury concerns were valid and maybe very serious. Very happy with Hardy right now
  8. I don't know why people keep wondering if he is healthy or not. True groin injuries take time to heal, but this injury happened months and months ago. Unless he wasn't taking care of it, there is no way he is hurt. A groin injury lasting for 8 months is pretty absurd
  9. The thing that bothers me most about the whole situation is the sides haven't even had contact with one another. I think Peter's or his agent should at least let the Bills know what he wants. There needs to be communication. I understand that they will work on a contract when he shows up to camp, but at least there needs to be some dialogue
  10. I'm baffled. Our threads combined?
  11. For everyone who was going nuts about him being the bruising fullback we need, he was released today
  12. poe is up 10% after i just voted
  13. That was a great read!
  14. gotta admit, that's funny
  15. thanks for the useful input
  16. The Browns fullback is being made available in trades, according to rotoworld. Would he be an upgrade from Barnes? Anyone know if he is any good?
  17. I don't get it. Were they in the area with him. Steve Johnson has dreads too, so was it profiling? And Hardy, because of his previous issues? I just don;t get it. I'm baffled by Gaddis too, unless it was actually him.
  18. Erie County District Attorney Frank J. Clark announced today that Buffalo Bills running back Marshawn Lynch has agreed to a deal that will resolve the investigation of his hit-and-run accident. "This whole agreement is predicated on the fact that he was driving the car," Clark said. "Has he said that officially? The answer is no. But obviously, the reason we were here in these negotiations is all predicated on the fact that he was driving the vehicle." Presumably, this means Lynch will plead guilty to some traffic offense related to leaving the scene of an accident, but Clark wouldn't get specific during his bizarre press conference, in which he got angry at reporters when they asked him what the agreement entailed. Clark did say there was one other person in the SUV when Lynch hit a pedestrian, but he would not say whether that passenger was a Buffalo Bills player.
  19. Erie County District Attorney Frank J. Clark says an agreement in principle has been reached regarding Marshawn Lynch's hit-and-run case. The D.A. has determined that Lynch was "behind the wheel." Clark stopped short of accusing Lynch of driving, which seems extremely odd. But it appears Lynch will be charged with a Class A misdemeanor. Lynch, who's currently in California, is expected back in Buffalo next week and will make a statement. He will also be arrested. Lynch is not believed to be in danger of jail time, but some discipline from the NFL can't be ruled out.
  20. we'll get an answer from the law at 2:30 PM ET today
  21. will there be anywhere on the internet to view the press conference regarding marshawn?
