  1. Agreed. I thought if he cut back to the left he would certainly have taken it to the house. That being said, he looks as if he's the real deal returning kicks, he just needs to make smarter moves. I remember in one preseason game he cut the wrong way on a return he would have scored on as well. Not sure he's the sharpest tool in the shed. As long as he can return kicks well, we can rest McGee, and he can work on getting his defensive game without the pressure of starting
  2. I totally agree. That's what bothered me most about the game. On top of our coverage being bad, our blocking was worse. I know that Lechler is a very good punter, but Roscoe had to fair catch the first 3-4 punts because the Raiders gunners were a foot away from him when the ball came down. Roscoe was a non-factor in the punting game, which is a HUGE plus for us. It puts us in much better field position and even if we don't get far, we can pin the opposing team down as well. That being said, we have an exceptional unit, and I feel like April will get them straightened out
  3. that's what I'm saying. I can't believe it. I didn't have a good view when I was at the game, and I saw him deflect one or two earlier in the game. Just couldn't believe my eyes
  4. Fair enough. I was just curious
  5. just saw a highlight of that play. Man, I love Poz, but I have no idea how he didn't bat that away. It looks like it took more effort not to deflect it than to do so
  6. I know it's a random question, but after watching highlights this year and last, it seems as if Antoine has been the much bigger impact player for his new team. WHo would you say it was when they played for us?
  7. I'm from NYC, and McFaddens is the only place I go to watch the games. I was at both Seattle and Oakland games but I watched the Jags game there. There were so many people at McFaddens, I would say roughly 250, that they had people, which they do on occasion, at Senor Swanky's next door with another 200 or more people. Awesome atmosphere. GO BILLS!!!!!
  8. what disturbs me the most about Silver and Black is his lack of things to do. I posted something around 5 hours ago, went out for drinks, had dinner, watched TV, and now checked the internet. And here this fool has been posting messages for hours on end. Get a life dude. Your in California, go outside and enjoy yourself.
  9. where are you from anyway? I hope not oakland, because that place is a sh!thole. Go back to where you crawled out of, crawl out for the game, see results, cry a little bit, shudder, and then crawl back under
  10. here it is http://www.ibabuzz.com/raidersblog/2008/09...s-on-sidelines/
  11. per oakland tribune. look to see a lot of michael bush
  12. There are a lot of them out there. On offense I say Lynch, maybe even for the whole team. On defense, I'd say Whitner or Mitchell
  13. what about Joe Horn?
  14. Ha, that's what I'm talkin about!
  15. he keeps thinking we went 8-8. I have no problem that he thought we had one more win, but you would think an NFL analyst would know the teams record. Not a big deal, just thought he should know it
  16. For the second time this year I heard him on NFL Primetime saying that he likes the Bills, and thought we would be good after having an 8-8 season last year. You should know info like that
  17. Lindell is a solid field goal kicker, and you always take the points
  18. That's what I'm worried about
  19. It's possible he Raiders come out all fired up due to a firing. Am I wrong?
  20. I noticed that too. Huge circles around the QB. No forward pressure, and his speed rush isn't getting to the QB
  21. Do you think they are taking their time on a Peters decision because they needed to see the team practice to figure out who to cut?
  22. Let's go....Bills????.....
  23. This is a very good team we are facing. Their defense is still in tact, which will be a problem. Their new return man is VERY fast and has averaged 41 yards per kickoff for the first game. They also have 2 very solid running back and an accurate arm in Garrard. Their O-line hurts them, but this will be a challenging game no doubt
  24. I understand he was our leading tackler, but what I'm asking is will we lose a game that maybe we should have won without him there, or all we alright?
  25. I know the Bills defense played superb in their first game. Mitchell and Poz looked fast, Stroud was a beast, Williams and Johnson played well, etc., etc. I know what Crowell did to the team sucks, and I do think this defense will be very good, I just can't help but think that they would be that much better, even if a slight bit, if Crowell was playing
