  1. What? They did not give you a shout out?
  2. Just wondering how you get to a felony count on the possession if the cutoff is one kilo (unless it's a 2nd offense)? Other than having more than a kilo of course...Plus it has to be more than one piece of paraphernalia for the felony charge based on the article explanation...Or am I missing something?
  3. I doubt it...The absolute worst that could come of this would be a 4 game suspension as long as he does not get in more trouble...
  4. Good grief... Felony? Here's the breakdown I could find on the Alabama pot laws... http://www.criminaldefenselawyer.com/marijuana-laws-and-penalties/alabama.htm
  5. This is pretty much how I feel..Though I do have a soft spot for Howard...Kind of a nostalgia thing...Been listening, or watching him for so long now...I just like the guy...
  6. Especially if he's never tested positive...Which I have no idea if he has or not...
  7. I agree with this take...I'm not some kind of arrogant jerk that goes around saying he could do someones job better...I know how much it pisses me off when people do it to me in my field...But I will say, if it's just football talk...with a little adjustment and learning period I am confident I could do better than just about anyone on that Station with the possible exception of Sal...
  8. Sleeping with the enemy?
  9. Agreed...OBJ has pretty much established himself as the #3 WR in this Draft...And again the similarities to Austin last year can't be overlooked... All that being said this is an incredibly deep Draft at WR...Some say the deepest ever at that position...So hoping for any team to truly fall in love enough to trade up for a WR not named Watkins or Evans could be wishful thinking...
  10. Gotta say...This guy is really getting on my nerves...
  11. One thing you have to understand about Schopp and Bulldog is they willingly admit they don't know much about these sorts of things...
  12. If Clowney had dominated more in College I could certainly be more comfortable with the gamble...Though philosophically I just don't agree with these kinds of trades unless they are for a QB...And that QB better be pretty good...But Clowney flat out did not dominate with any kind of consistency...He did at times, and he completely disappeared at times...And I just feel there is too many questions with Clowney to put him in the category of a player you would take that kind of a chance with...
  13. Well...that's not saying much... Kidding...I hear what you're saying...
  14. Maybe so...But you can't deny it's becoming a rarity in the NFL to have a #1 WR that is under 6 ft tall...And outside of Desean Jackson, Antonio Brown, an aging Steve Smith...There's just not many left out there that can be considered true #1's under 6 ft tall...I do think OBJ is a very good player...But I'm thinking he has the look of a very good #2 more than a sure fire #1...And I'd rather not use #9 overall on a WR under 6 ft, especially in this Draft...
  15. 1st off...He's no Bruce...Not even close...Maybe he will be someday...But he's no where near as clean a prospect on the field as Bruce, Reggie, or LT...Not even remotely close... You would be giving up two 1st's , 2 seconds, and a 3rd for one player who is not a QB, only had 3.5 sacks in his Sr year, and is WAY more freak athlete then he is football player at this point...Sure he could reach his ceiling and be the next greatest thing at DE in the NFL...But it's a gamble...And other than the QB position it's not worth the gamble when you are talking about giving up 5 premium picks over a three year span...If 1st-3rd round are the premium picks, you're talking about giving up 5 of your 9 premium picks from 2014-2016 for one player and he's not a QB...That's idiocy...No...It's dumber than that...DE's don't win championships in this league...Not unless they have a crap-ton of help, especially from their QB...JJ Watt is arguably the best DE in the NFL and his team is picking 1st in this Draft...What does that tell you? I'm not trying to say I would not like Clowney, or that he will never be a great player...I am saying the only way I would want him is if he slid to #9 overall...Then I'm AOK with it... Exactly...I think the Bills are willing to part with their 3rd this year...Maybe their 2nd next year if they get desperate...But nothing more...And I think that's a good thing...
  16. This is so stupid it's making me dumber by responding in this thread...
  17. That's something Buddy always said...You can't Draft them all...You would if you could...Agree with Buddy or not...he was right about that much,,,And in this Draft that goes double...Maybe triple...I heard someone say recently (probably on NFL Network...can't remember...but I think it was Charles Davis...) he's talked to teams that have as many as 180 prospects in this Draft with eventual starter grades... I could see OBJ in a trade down as a possibility...But even then I think they would prefer Ebron or Martin, maybe even Kouandjio...I think if the Draft falls in such a way that Martin, Ebron, and Lewan are still there at #9 the Bills will look to bail-out (hopefully to a QB needy team) and grab an extra pick...Then they can land one of those three, OBJ, or Cyrus ahead of Miami and NY...
  18. A little perspective on this...and this time of the year... http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap1000000163272/article/tavon-austin-ranks-no-1-on-buffalo-bills-draft-board Just saying...
  19. ^^^ This... Still not going to love it though...
  20. Looks good to me! Can't argue with my 2nd favorite player in this Draft going to the Bills!!!
  21. I think by the time it's all said and done there will be only one Greg Robinson as well... Not counting the crappy coach of course...
  22. Thank you...I felt a brain hemorrhage coming on when I read the thread title...
  23. Martin visited Buffalo on 4/23...
