The team has played pretty well since the bye week. They'll be 4-2 after this game ends with the two losses coming at Indy and against SD by a combined 4 points. The coaching staff has done a good job overall with managing the talent they have.

Willis needs to play against Villma every week.

It's the first half, you throw the flag and hope for the best. It looked like enough evidence to overturn it.

There was a decent shot of it being overturned. It looked like Price got both feet in.

I just took another look at it. It's just f'in pathetic. Jets rush 3 guys and our five OL are matched up against 2 DL which leaves the Jets DE isolated on...a RB.

A three man rush should never get to the QB that quickly.

The Bills only challange plays they have no chance of overturning.

The Bills coaching staff deserves that fumble after repeatedly calling runs on 2nd and a mile.

It's one thing if a RB steps out of bounds instead of getting tackled as the wear and tear on their bodies adds up. But a guy that gets the ball a few times a year is stepping out of bounds? WTF.

I'm not a big fan of the draw play on 2nd and 15 either. Would it kill this team to run more screen passes that aren't to the WR?

While it is true that the OL isn't that great Willis gets grief because he deserves it. If he would put his head down and plow through guys when he needed a yard for the 1st down he'd get less grief and more people would tend to blame the OL instead of Willis if he still wasn't effective. A 230+ pound back stopping, then starting behind the LoS tends to annoy people.

Who the hell cares about the total passing yards in a game? As if this tells you how well a QB is, or isn't, playing? If you really want to look at stats at least pick one that has a little more meaning, like yards per attempt. JP is averaging 6.7 yards per attempt, which is middle of the road for NFL starters (ranked 15th in the league). He is ahead of such young signal callers as Grossman, Leinart, Manning, A. Smith. V. Young and Gradkowski. In fact the only young QBs who are better than Losman in this stat are Romo (who actually leads the entire league), Rothlesburger (who leads the league in INTs) and Rivers. All in all Losman's numbers look pretty good, but not great.

If they don't get Fletch signed and don't sign Clements the Bills will have added two more positions of need in a D that has loads of them already. At some point the team needs to re-sign their own good players, otherwise they'll never make any progress. I don't think they should franchise Fletch but they should definately sign him to an extention before free agency starts.

The sad thing is that after addressing the D with most of the picks last year it looks like we'll have to do more of the same next year. If they would/could just sign Clements to an extension at least the secondary would be set. If they can't then you're right, the Bills will need help all over the D - on the DL, at LB and in the secondary. That's just f'in sad. When you add the fact that the O needs help at TE, WR and OL one can see that this team is a long ways off.

If I wasn't a Bills fan I'd much rather watch the SD vs. Denver game. Hell, I'd almost rather watch it anyway.
