    Yep. I also think he needs to fully accept the mistakes that he (or Nix before him) have made, cut his losses, and move on; no GM is perfect, but the best one's are able to do that. He's done that a few times (eg. Chris Williams), let's see what he finally does with EJ.

    The biggest positive IMO with bringing Polian in is that it pretty much guarantees that Brandon will have absolutely nothing to do with the football side of the house.

    Only you and LilAntoineBlitz are even more notorious for having inaccurate takes, almost on the CBiscuit97/Doc/Big Cat level. I don't have a horse in this argument, but anyone who has spent anytime on this board can take a quick look at the thread & be 99% sure that in a couple years, Badol will be right. Again.

    You definitely don't want him looking at QBs... probably a big reason why he never got the clout in the first place when Pegs took over.

    I don't really have anyone in mind, but it doesn't appear that Pegs agrees with you. Maybe he will surprise me.

    As I said in another thread, this is all very Ruben Brown-esque: highly unprofessional and no way to leave an organization + fanbase that have been very good to you.
