    The biggest positive IMO with bringing Polian in is that it pretty much guarantees that Brandon will have absolutely nothing to do with the football side of the house.

I don't have a horse in this argument, but anyone who has spent anytime on this board can take a quick look at the thread & be 99% sure that in a couple years, Badol will be right. Again.

    You definitely don't want him looking at QBs... probably a big reason why he never got the clout in the first place when Pegs took over.

    As I said in another thread, this is all very Ruben Brown-esque: highly unprofessional and no way to leave an organization + fanbase that have been very good to you.

    I'm definitely watching, 1st cause it's the Bills and 2nd cause I want to see what TT does... but 3rd cause I want to see and hear the fanbase.

    The root cause is Pegs not cleaning out all of Ralph's trash from the get-go. Relying on a proven chump like Russ Brandon to assist with the decision-making process was a recipe for disaster.

    Highly unlikely IMO. Anyways, it will be more satisfying to me if DW is forced to cut him as one of the conditions for staying with the team.

    One thing is for sure: you don't need a Czar if you have a strong GM in place to straighten things out. Maybe all this Twitter chatter is wrong after all. Maybe Pegs is so impressed with the stellar work that DW has done that DW will be getting a promotion, with a big fat raise and control over Rex. Then again, maybe not.

    Yep. Likewise, some guys are better at being scouts than they are at being GMs, and Whaley appears to be one of them. Bring on the czar, please.
