  1. Everyone had the same feeling when Webb threw that pick in the 4th. Thank goodness for Pagano. McD and Webb need to get him a nice Christmas gift.
  2. Our hopes rest on the shoulders of mighty Joe Webb.
  3. Please miss please miss please miss
  4. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
  5. This is a fitting way for our season to end.
  6. Colts will def go for 2.
  7. Embrace what we are. Hell no to the dome.
  8. I hope its like this for the Miami game too. We'll be ready to go.
  9. Never seen it this bad for a game. Wow. Get that run d right McD!
  10. How did this get published? Sad.
  11. I would have loved to see what dealer Doug would have done with all those picks. It would have been epic dealing.
  12. Thanks for sharing this. I think there are a lot of fans on the board who can relate to this story in some way. When it finally happens, Joel will be looking down with a smile.
  13. My nextdoor neighbor is a decent neighbor (let's his grass get a little long) but apparently a very good neurosurgeon. He is also from Pittsburgh and a huge Steelers fan. I spoke to him tonight and just judging by reports he is not optimistic that RS will ever play again. I hope the guy can recover and live a full and happy life even if it's not in football.
  14. I've been really impressed with his run blocking. The kid is extremely powerful. I think with time his pass blocking will get there.
  15. I want to see more of all the rookies, more pats* injuries and more chiefs losses.
  16. Mark me down for "both".
  17. I love that bet and this time of year I often do the same exact thing. The Bills holding up their end is usually the deal breaker but we shall see. It's good to see Flowers will be out. LETS GO!!!
  18. This is Peterman's best chance to have someone break his 5 picks in a half "record".
  19. You keep forgetting the asterisk. It's... pats*, remember all the cheating and stuff?
  20. Harder to watch every week.
  21. I was shouting for him after the second. It's funny how the project guys almost always have huge arms and teams think they can turn them into an actual QB. How many of them ever work out though? NP has almost every trait other than the big arm. I like that we took a flyer on a kid who actually understands how to play the position at this level.
  22. I'm looking forward to not screaming "THROW THE BALL" at the tv while TT stands there for 5 seconds.
  23. I just watched NP's presser and I was impressed. He just doesn't come off to me as a rookie and it got me to thinking. The majority of the discussion (nationally and locally) has been about Tyrod. He is a polarizing player and statistically the decision to bench him doesn't make sense if looked at in a vacuum. Many in the national media are shouting that the Bills have no idea what they are doing. I think this decision has less to do with Tyrod and more to do with Peterman. If you go back and watch the preseason games, NP outplayed TT. I know he was playing against 3rd and 4th's but he came in early in the Ravens game and played very well. The guy has an MBA from Pitt, played in a pro-style offense in college and the only real knock on him coming out was that he had a weak arm. McD and his crew have been able to evaluate him for over 3 months and even though they have an average (statistically) starter they are making this move. McD himself called this a calculated risk. You do not take a risk like this unless you have seen the potential reward. McD believes that this kid is our best QB and I can not wait to see how it unfolds.
  24. Mike and Mike are baffled. Golic said no way Peterman makes it the whole season. Now I really have faith!
  25. This is exactly what they are doing. Beane has said many times that everything they do is about the present and the future. This move covers both.
