    I felt the same way about the Boise game. I was yelling Rosen at the tv right before we picked Allen, but after watching some of his "bad" games I actually came away impressed with Allen. His supporting cast (specifically OL and WR) was just awful. The guy put them on his back every week and it definitely affected his stats.

    I really wanted Rosen and I'll be rocking my Allen for the season opener.

    Funny, I just watched the first half of the Boise game and it made me feel better about Allen. His line was trash and his receivers had zero separation. He actually made one of the best throws I've ever seen at 1:15.

    Very well put, I completely agree. I can't wait to see him drop the boom on his first pat*.

    McD seems to mention him frequently. I seem to remember he had a really good junior season but then fell of his senior season? Maybe he's farther along than we know.

    Tim Settle came in for a visit...I know we took Phillips but you never know.

    He once fired a 59 at pebble and word on the street is he took phelps in a 50m butterfly. We hit the jackpot with this fella.

    I didn't think Cain would last this long. He'd be a good fit at WR.

    No matter what your thoughts about Allen are (I wanted Rosen). It's kind of cool to have the QB with probably the strongest arm in the NFL.
