I use their app, it usually has buy a double cheeseburger or 6-piece nugget, get the second for 29 cents. Pair that with a fountain soda, skip the fries since it's almost $3 for a small order, and I can get lunch for around $5.
I had some great pizza this past weekend, place called Gionino's in Hiram OH. Seems it's part of a chain. Got the Pepperoni Piccolo, cup-n-char pepperoni, and lots of them. Nice crust, good amount of cheese. Highly recommend them.

Yes. Typically they list every game as either TBD or 1pm, then change the schedule as needed. This was from a CBS article last spring..

I'm still waiting for my presentation invite. I've got one of the cheapest club seats so I imagine once it's my turn, general population should be shortly after.
Hotels are on to us pre-booking rooms before the schedule announcement. Where I usually (Holiday Inn Express, Hamburg) stay it's $450/night the first two weekends in September.
Back in elementary school, when I was in 5th grade, we had a 6th grader on the bus, who's Dad not only got Playboy, but also Penthouse, Hustler, Cherry, etc. Some interesting rides home at times.
I heard just getting from the Lake Placid/Plattsburgh area to Albany, that would normally take about 2 hours, was taking 6+ hours.
I went to Oswego County and saw lots of New Jersey and Pennsylvania plates on the ride up and back. Since I know the back roads, I was able to avoid a lot of the highway driving.
Watertown was expecting almost 175,000. They did not get that many.
