That's what my local minor league baseball team has done. Used to be you could stand on the concourse behind home plate and watch the game. Now they have high tops with 4 seats in that area, $150 for the table and seats.

I was scheduled to have a cleaning/checkup in April 2020, of course it got cancelled. When their office opened back up, they never called me to reschedule, and I have not called them. I'd been thinking of switching dentists anyways, just have to do it and find a new one.

I have the cheapest club tickets in the current stadium. Cheapest club seat in the new stadium was going to be about 25% more a season for the tickets.
