  1. Too bad friends or family didn't notice that he was a ticking time bomb . . . .
  2. Broken link, but I'm hoping you were thinking of this.
  3. Great book. Peter Jackson being the director gives me hope that they won't screw up the movie too much. Of course, that's what I thought when I found out that Paul Verhoven was going to direct Starship Troopers . . . No jumpsuits, no skinnies . . .
  4. It was a name "Doug" called himself on the King of Queens. I just saw that episode recently and thought it was sponge-worthy . . .
  5. BK's ad campaigns have been seemingly produced by drunken adolescents for some time . . .
  6. Just added the final out. Who, in their right mind, would ever choose Glenn Close over ANY woman. Blech.
  7. I refuse to believe this until you verify what kind of car you drive.
  8. Heard about this last night. Truly very sad. RIP Jim.
  9. Why would ESPN single out Maybin as not reporting to camp on time?? - Only 2 First-rounders have been signed - camp hasn't opened yet This is a non-story. And why are people assuming that the Bills haven't even begun negotiations with Maybin's agent? This whole thread is one big WTF??
  10. Got a thing for blondes, so my vote goes for Alisyn Camerota
  11. Couldn't tell you when this was updated last . . . 2009 Draft Class Signing Status It looks like the Pat*s have a lot of their picks signed . . . but only two 1st Rounders have been signed. It always seems that once it get quite close to camp that all of the slots start to fall into place. It will be a relief (to teams and fans) to have a rookie salary cap with the new CBA so this nonsense of mortgaging the future on a potential bust will be ended. I would imagine that with a reasonable rookie cap, teams will get their picks signed that much more quickly.
  12. Uh no, teams ran right at Phil Hansen . . .
  13. I don't think that the two are compatible. In other words, you can't just switch from one to the other without creating serious problems for the pool. And I agree with what others have said . . .avoid the cheap stuff at Walmart, etc. Go to your local pool store and pay for the good stuff. It is a bit more expensive, but you won't regret it . . . Linky thingy Switching From Bromine to Chlorine: If you wish to switch from bromine to a chlorine disinfectant and stabilizer for an outdoor pool or spa, the bromine concentration already in the water will interfere with cyanuric acid's ability to inhibit chlorine degradation by UV light. To switch from bromine to stabilized chlorine treatment, pools must be partially or fully drained and refilled until they contain under 0.2 ppm of bromine.
  14. Sattler's . . . Gotta get da minikins for da Easter dere . . .
  15. Yeah, I agree with your rankings as well. I might flip ROTS and AOTC, but Empire is, by far, the best of all 6 movies.
  16. Didn't George Foreman name all of his kids George Foreman the XX.
  17. You should be flying New Zealand Air. They have nothing to hide.
  18. I think they have something similar at the CN Tower in T.O. Glass floor on one of the observation decks . . .
  19. Seriously! I'd be waiting for the mothership to come poking out of that!
  20. I'd be interested . . . Just finished Grad school so I get to read for recreation again . ..
  21. Holy Cow! We just got off the phone with Joe Jackson, Michael's dad, who says "he is not doing well."
  22. One of the ex-Bisons / current Indians used that as his "entry" music. Certainly is memorable . . .
  23. People who smell like butt-crack . . .
