I'm so sick of hearing that Ngata is awesome and Whitner sux. If Ngata was on this team with the same coaching that McCargo has received over the past 4 years and Whitner were on the Ravens (being the second coming of Ed Reed), y'all would be screaming about the opposite. This team lacks in fundamentals in all phases of the game. that boils down to coaching. It's not Whitner's fault that he's not better. He tries to be a team leader and has the right attitude, but he's not coached well enough, nor is he placed in a competent scheme where he can use his physical skills to be a dominant player. Give it up on Ngata already . . .

We need a football "guy" to run the organization. He can then bring in his own coach. The razor thin depth of this current team speaks volumes about the need to have a knowledgeable person in chgarge of the entire operation . . . Too bad Ralph got burned by Donohoe . . . Maybe then he wouldnb't be shy about bringing in a Holmgren, Shanahan or Gruden . . .

I'm about half-way through The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown. Very nice follow up to the DaVinci Code if you like that genre. Also, I discovered Lisa Unger. She has 4 novels out and all are very, very good.

I voted "I don't Care" since there wasn't a None of the Above option. TE siumply needs to be coached better. The Rochester D&C said it best this morning, he needs to throw the ball and let his receivers make plays. He obviously is coached NOT to make game breaking mistakes, so he doesn't try to make these types of completions. I was initially on the Edwards bandwagon, but after 3 weeks, I am VERY tired of not seeing any completions to out $16MM WR tandem. Let them make some plays. And for the love of God, why can't the Bills ever make a completion to a soft seam in a zone defense? Is every team plauying man to man on every play?? Come on . . .

I agree . . . one of the best shows on TV . . . but how bad would it suck to finally get on the show, get all psyched up for the start and then find out that YOU are the loser that's getting eliminated at the starting line. Harsh!
