Hmm, not sure. Just funny how it all went down. I was talking to my cousin about it and he didnt recall the play, so I recorded it and sent it. I admit I haven't gone through all the threads, but I didn't see any topics about what i perceived as an abundance of late hits yesterday. Early on it seemed like every play a guy was diving in late. Adams buried a forearm in someone's head early. There was one that was called that was obvious. I think it was the same guy Anderson who cheap shot Hauschka last year. I'm now rewatching the game winning drive and there was an awful, obvious late hit not called on Anderson on the pass that Beasley dropped. Anderson hit Allen in the back of his legs a good 3 or more seconds after the pass was thrown. Luckily Josh was unfazed, but it was an awful hit. You can always tell a Gregg William's coached team. Did anybody else notice this?

I just think the helmet thing might be the biggest and most under reported thing of them all. Think of how huge it would be as a young QB to have the coach in your ear during the play. You'd have to get a lot better recognizing coverages and blitzes a hell of a lot faster than watching tape afterward.

I chose Belichick. Brady has obviously become one of the all time greats, but I don't think he gets there without Belichick. I still think we only understand a fraction of the cheating they did early in his career that got Brady to this level.

It sounds like Beane was being strung along by Ansah's representatives. He decided to attack a media member for reporting something different. This is why you don't publicly accuse somebody else of being a liar, because YOU might not have all the info. I'm guessing this is just rollover bad blood from the AB deal

I don't see them moving up from 9, but certainly could move up at any other point. In fact it wouldn't shock me to see a trade down from 9 AND a trade up back into the 1st.
