They had NOTHING to say about his performance in their article about the Browns game. In fact they warped reality to make it sound like McCarron and Peterman both did as well as Allen. PFF lost all credibility with me today - it's OK to guess wrong (and who knows - they may still be right about him) but it's absolutely NOT OK to warp your news articles to conform to your narrative.

Huh - bad effort and getting worse from spring to summer aren't features I look for from a p/s guy.

As others have touched on - it's a baseline estimate of their talent as determined by NFL scouts. Not the final word, obviously. Who would really be shocked if Dak continues to look more like last season than his rookie season? Last year he looked like a 4th rounder.

Allen & Darnold or Wentz and Dak? 7th overall, 3rd overall, 2nd overall, ... 4th rounder. hmmm

Sully was a TROLL, not a journalist or even a legitimate columnist. By which I mean HE DIDN'T BELIEVE THE BS HE WAS SPOUTING - he was just (constantly) trying to score more clicks by pissing people off - it didn't even matter to him if he contradicted himself within the same column. It works, btw - up to a point - eventually as he was figured out, all he was doing was dragging down the reputation of the whole paper.

Rosen's specific question mark was all about his durability (and maybe likability). So unless his defensive line is allowed to hit him in practice, there's nothing to learn yet. Bradford, who he's behind, will also look like a top 5 QB - until he breaks.

I'm expecting he also will do much better with a QB throwing the ball a bit more consistently. (I'm thinking Allen) All those short throws to his toes and behind him probably weren't helping his confidence. This is just too bizarre. TT was almost never on target - usually behind, and often at the feet of his receivers. Yeah - Zay lost his confidence after a few weeks of that. So did the coaching staff - with Tyrod, a very mediocre QB who will likely never be a starter again in the NFL.
