  1. Sign Marc Bulger and let whatever QB you draft sit behind him for a year or two.
  2. Doesn't change the fact that Bradford is a top 10 prospect in the draft. In fact, there are 3 QBs in the top 10. But we can stick with Fitzpatrick as our QB... that will get us somewhere.
  3. I think it's much more likely St. Louis moves on from Bulger.
  4. Is that why there is a chance there will be 4 QBs taken in the 1st round?
  5. You can judge a QB, because there are numerous times within a game where a wide open receiver is either not seen, or a bad pass is thrown. Aaron Rodgers has been sacked the most times in the NFL, but he has a top 5 QB rating, and his team (i think) is 9-4.
  6. As of right now, McCoy will probably be a mid to late 1st round pick. A lot of people don't like how he has played this season. It's too early to say though. I would not be surprised if Bradford or Clausen slipped to us. There are quite a few bad teams that have drafted their QB already. Tampa Bay, Oakland, Kansas City, and Detroit will not be drafting QBs. While, Washington, St. Louis, and Cleveland might go for a QB. I doubt Cleveland will, as they haven't really given Brady Quinn enough time to develop. Jason Campbell has been playing well as of late, and I think Washington realizes that they have other needs that they can fill. St. Louis seems like the most likely candidate to draft a QB, as Bulger is making huge money next year, and has underperformed on his contract. I think they will cut Bulger, and draft Clausen or Bradford. They could alternatively stick it out with Bulger, and pick up one of the lesser sung QBs in the second round, and let him sit and learn on the bench. That leaves us a decent shot at getting the #1 or #2 QB on the board. But yeah: QB=1 OT=2
  7. I think we are tied for the league lead in interceptions after today's game. That should hopefully allow us to at least keep it close against the pats.
  8. Players get into shape during the off season, which they usually spend at their respective homes. Since a lot of our players live outside of Buffalo, I fail to see how Rusty Jones would curtail our injury problems.
  9. No, but you need a franchise QB to win in the NFL... period. There have already been more 300 yard passing games this year than in league history. The winning percentage of teams with a 100 yard rusher is at an all time low, and the old saying "run and stop the run" is no longer true. The new axiom is pass and stop the pass. Bradford is an ultra accurate QB that makes great decisions, and has a strong arm. I'll take a guy like that any day. Bradford's accuracy has been compared to Peyton Manning's. You should also remember that Jim Kelly missed almost his entire senior season with a shoulder injury, and you should also remember that Bradford has only been hurt 1 year in his college career.
  10. If Bradford, Locker, or Clausen fall to us... you have to take one. No question about it. QB is by far the most important position on a football team.
  11. Peters, so far this season, has shown that he isn't worth the contract Philly gave him.
  12. Some of the best prospects in this draft are QBs. There are never any "clear cut" franchise QBs in the NFL draft.
  13. I'm sure things would have turned out differently if almost every player on our line wasn't on IR.
  14. Because McGee is a better corner than Greer.
  15. He has 1 year left.
  16. Why must Maybin play LB? There are quite a few very productive DEs that are around 250 lbs. All he needs to do is learn some inside pass rushing moves, and get stronger.
  17. I'm going to wait until a new regime comes in and evaluates our roster before I pass judgment on any player here.
  18. I really hope Bradford is there when we pick. He's got a strong arm, makes good decisions, sees the field well, can read defenses, and most importantly.... he is extremely accurate. I would say that he is near Peyton Manning-level accuracy. If he drops to us, i would not hesitate to take him. I might even consider trading up a few spots to grab him. The NFL is all about franchise QBs, and Bradford has the highest chance of success, imo.
  19. Spaceballs... simply because it is one of my favorite movies from childhood.
  20. He rose up the draft boards because there is an extreme shortage on 3-4 players. Which is the biggest reason why it would be idiotic to switch to the 3-4.
  21. Bradford is for sure a 1st round pick. I wouldn't be surprised to see him go top 5. You don't see QBs with his level of accuracy come out very often.
  22. Windows will be a lot faster if you get the better processor.
  23. There are too few players to run a 3-4 defense. The league has reached its capacity of 3-4 teams, and there is a shortage on good draft prospects.
  24. Norton is pretty well known as the absolute worst virus protection software you can get.
  25. Avast is great too, and it's free.
