  1. It's supposed to be Richard Dawkins, a supernatural being that doesn't actually exist.
  2. I've always believed that the Caribbean Sea doesn't really exist, and that those Disney pirate movies are intended to reenforce the lie. Alex Jones says so.
  3. Are you really equating stay-at-home motherhood with a stand-in breast-feeder?
  4. We obviously have vastly different tastes in women, my friend.
  5. Huckabee resigned from his show several weeks ago. Try to keep up.
  6. Clapper is a very important and busy man. He can't be expected to remember every little thing when he's so preoccupied watching over us and keeping us safe. You're just being paranoid again.
  7. In what way? It's documented that a series of false-flag operations were proposed, but Kennedy refused to approve them. Beyond that, I don't know of anything that happened relating to Operation Northwoods. We never did go to war with Cuba, after all.
  8. Two things - a) Is that supposed to help Hillary? b) eeeewwwwww.
  9. I know I mentioned this before, but to date, every time she speaks in public her poll numbers go down. Then she keeps quiet for a while and her numbers start to creep back up again. I find that to be fascinating - how can someone successfully run for office if their popularity suffers whenever they speak? I've never seen this sort of thing before. I'm really looking forward to the inevitable debates.
  10. Classics. There will never be anyone like them.
  11. I've been to the Field Museum in Chicago twice. The mix of people in attendance seemed pretty diverse to me.
  12. My post was not meant as an endorsement of Mozilla or the way they run their company, but rather a statement of support for their putting that up where people unaware of the government surveillance issue would see it.
  13. I should get my friend to start posting here. There isn't a conspiracy that he doesn't adamantly believe in. I stopped trying to discuss conspiracies with him several years ago, but that doesn't stop him from trying to make conversation about things like Pearl Harbor, 9/11, Kennedy, etc.
  14. You can't write stuff like this.
  15. A friend of mine lives in a FEMA camp outside of Minot. I don't need people like Glenn Beck or Austin's resident paranoid, Alex Jones, to know about that.
  16. The New Deal is not in any way responsible for the Baltimore riots. Vandals and anarchists are. Government programs can generate a climate that serve as incubators for such activity, but it comes down to the actions of people when determining responsibility.
  17. A friend of mine is a rather staunch leftist and cites infowars frequently. I don't get it either.
  18. If 'they want that fight out of us', then they'll get it. It looks more to me like the would-be assassins played right into Gellar's hands.
  19. The contest was likely 'set up to achieve' exactly what's happening now - a national dialogue on both freedom of expression and the extreme intolerance of radical Islam. Freedom of expression as a constitutional right only protects the individual from government action, not from the way others will react to it. At the same time, any group that issues proclamations of death against people who have offended them need to be dealt with. They need to realize that in this country, they can't simply kill people who offend them. no matter what the tenets of their faith dictate. The cartoon contest was absolutely meant to incite. The fact that they had so much armed security onsite attests to that. The only thing that surprises me is how many Americans appear to be cowed by the threat of violence at the hands of radical Islam to the point where they would publicly condemn Gellar for organizing the contest.
  20. It's damaging the fabric of our society, despite that we're all cut from the same cloth.
  21. "When you have a human character with a flesh tone of any kind you will have diversity issues," Isn't it great that we've solved so many of society's ills that this is the only kind of thing we have to worry about?
  22. Wrong. People tried to commit murder because of intolerance. They were stopped. Cartoons do not kill people.
  23. Great series - I'm a Spurs fan, and I don't think I've ever seen a series like this one. Both teams played very hard, and both played very clean. My hat's off to the Clippers for a superior performance, and a very classy win. Very, very nicely done!
  24. One of my favorites from the MD telethon: https://youtu.be/UYM-qqSovP0
