    This smells like typical Florio/PFT BS to me. "Unnamed sources", "basically thinks". Yeah, thats some real concrete evidence, given that other publications stated Claussen made the effort to fit in during the minicamp, even bringing a gift (Cactus Cooler) to Smith. PFT making up some melodrama!

    Hard to assume a leadership role when you dont know if you'll be the #1 guy, the #3 guy, or completely off the roster, which any of these 3 can certainly fall under come opening day.

    Its more than just taking up space. As a few have already mentioned, a good NT must be able to take on two blockers at once, freeing up the LBs to rush. Its one thing to have the mass, its another to know how to use it and have the functional strength to back it up.

    Same here. Friend of mine is a big Packers fan and we made the trip from NYC to Buffalo a few years back for the GB game, so now its a trip to Lambeau. Hopefully its early enough in the season, neither one of us feels like freezing our a$$es off .

    He was an Offensive Lineman, ORT or Guard if I recall. Why would they make quotes making him sound like a D-Lineman?

    Totally agree, same thing I was thinking. Why in the world would Buddy make a selection based on whether he'll still be around to see it? Just complete nonsense.

    This goes beyond protection issues. When a QB has enough time to look downfield, and finds an open receiver, he should take his shot. There have been times when Trent had enough time to look downfield, but chose not to, instead taking the dump off. Multiple times, multiple games. Sorry, its not gonna get fixed, at least not in Buffalo.

    For a few months now I noted Lefevour would be a good one worthy of a 3rd rd pick, but I have to admit Brown caught my attention during this game and I would not be upset at having him picked. He looks like he could be a good one.
