  1. Name one game Hotrod has been as bad in as Nasty Nate has.
  2. How many picks and sad performances does one get? I don't "hate" Nasty Nate". He's just not very good. We're trying to win. We don't have time to hand hold young QBs hoping someday he might be good.
  3. How would Goff have done with a hobbled Benjamin, Thompson signed off the street, and Zay "Drop Zone" Jones to throw to?
  4. BBFS thinking alert. Screw that. onward and upward. We now have a nucleaus. Build around that with all the draft picks and cap space.
  5. This is drought thinking. In the post drought era its about winning.
  6. Players run "down hill". The field is flat for cryin' out loud.
  7. I'd offer them their first back. If they try to trade him, which I doubt, the price will be higher than your poker face bets I suspect.
  8. What I wouldn't give for 3 or 4 or 5 years of consistent franchise QB play ... When was the last time we had that?
  9. Really. Jacksonville's D is not that good.
  10. Nate Pickerman is lucky Coach McDermott mercifully pulled him at the half.
  11. Me too .THAT would definitely NOT be boring. DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMED You can take all those stats and shove 'em where the sun don't shine. We'll settle it ON THE FIELD
  12. Its what PLAYOFFS will do to a person.
  13. Clock thing sounds vaguely familiar. I was at that game too. What I remember is that Perry Fewell, who called a masterful game to that point, didn't cover the sidelines allowing TO to cat h a pass along the sidelines setting up the game winning FG. My favourite play was Chris Kelsay intercepting Tony in the EZ for a TD
  14. It's what he's been doing all year.
  15. Bomb to Thompson for a TD.
  16. We're the sixth best team in the AFC. We're in the PLAYOFFS. QBs job is to win. We win. And yes, Hotrod helps. A lot actually. Phillip Rivers and Matthew Stafford and Kirk Cousins had a ton more passing yards than Hotrod but they'll be watching HIM on Sunday. There's a lot more to football and QBing and winning than passing yards. In fact, the 3 leading passers last Sunday will all be watching football this weekend. I never said it had anything to with his height, race, where he was drafted, hat size, or favorite food.
  17. Dumping a playoff QB for a fishing expedition for the next great golden armed "Franchise QB" is drought thinking. We're now post drought. Now it's about winning. If we can find a BETTER QB for 2018, go for it. Otherwise, put the other guy on the bench and continue winning with Hotrod.
  18. Highest completion percentage in Buffalo Bills franchise history for QB throwing over 500 passes. PLAYOFFS !!! But yeah, 56 yards.
  19. This sound nothing like Hotrod.
  20. I think this is where a lot of Hotrod grief comes from. While in 3 years with him under center we have won .535 of the games, many dislike him because he is not that 6' 3" taken in the first round golden armed franchise QB. He's unconventional, yet effective. Sometimes thinking outside the box is good. A QB that's different and an offense that takes advantage of his talents would be smart. Great coaches have done that throughout history. Everyone laughed at Tom Landry when he introduced the shot gun. Everyone laughed at Marv when he wanted to runt he 2:00 offense all game long.
  21. How can anyone forget the Colts game? That was the game that told me that PLAYOFFS were a definite possibility for us this year. The way the team came together at the end to win that one was amazing. That's what playoff teams do. Win tough games down the stretch.
  22. I disagree. I think our style of offense if our D also shows up and we get some run game will be fine to beat Jacksonville. After that, you may be right unless we run into Tennessee or KC in AFC Championship. Mine: 1. Hotrod 2. Brees 3.Ben 4. Ryan 5. Newton 6. Smith 7. Goff 8. Keenum 9. Brady 10. Mariota 11. Bortles 12. Foles
