  1. Most people outside of TBD don't think we need a new QB it seems.
  2. I just hope we don't end up getting worse. I disagree. He could pass and I believe still can based on 2016. I think Coach McDermott could handle a circus.
  3. I never look at these because I don't want to go to some twitter page and find the link there. If I wanted to look at Twitter stuff, I'd join Twitter.
  4. It worked so obviously it was the right call. It was a greatly coached game IMHO.
  5. Thanks for the correction. But I don't think what you said is necessarily true. In 2016 in 11 starts, he threw 16 TDs and 4 picks and ran for 488 yards. I believe the man can still play. Sign him up.
  6. Some QB that we've hardly even heard of will look great in shorts in Indy and will immediately start climbing up the draft charts into the top 10.
  7. George would have never signed him in the first place. Too young. He hasn't even gotten to the hill yet.
  8. Colin Kaapernick is much more proven AND much cheaper than Kirk. (1-1 conference championship games vs 1 18 point butt whooping in round 1) 72 TDs 30 picks. Bring in Colin. Bring back Hotrod. Draft someone. Let 'em compete. Best QB plays.
  9. Give me the guy who knows how to walk tall in the pocket. Craig Morton In Marv's book, he says Craig was the best athlete he coached.
  10. If one pick really did ruin Nasty Nate's start, then he truly is a kitty. Dump DiMarco. The pass Houston is referring to. There was also another game he could have scored an easy TD, but tripped over his own feet and couldn't get to the football. seems he dropped on on 3rd down in a game earlier in the year.
  11. Whenever someone says "it's not about the money", it's about the money. Money talks and BS walks.
  12. I was surprised it was not one of the top 10 games of 2017. The way the guys including backups came together and got that game, it made me think for the first time, this could really be the year this ends. And it did! I still have it on DVR as well. I plan to watch it 4th of July weekend.
  13. The post I responded to said standing pat and taking a QB at 22 would result in leftovers.
  14. "Leftovers" have been hoisting a lot of Lombardis lately. Foles, Tommy, Russell ...
  15. AJ has a lot of upside and a high ceiling.
  16. 21 may be too high. But I could definitely see round 2. You can't wait too long on these guys as we well know with the Russell Wilson/TJ Graham debacle. A no frills accurate pocket passer may be just what we need.
  17. Actually I was re enforcing your opinion somewhat mockingly to the person you were replying to. Seems like a silly argument to me. That was my intention anyway ...
  18. My prediction is we pick Luke Falk with 21 or maybe in round 2. I'm thinking we'll opt to use the picks our selves and take a QB that falls that we like. Falk is a very accurate pocket passer that threw for a ton of yards and TDs in college. I'm thinking he would be a good process guy for Coach McDermott. Ride the pine behind Hotrod for 2018. Unleash a pocket passing attack which is what Beane says he wants.
  19. so we should put our opinion on if a QB is good or not based on what Marvin Lewis says?
  20. RJ played against all the hard teams and Flutie played against the easy teams.
  21. Did I say that? But we'll just have to wait and see. The dude has skills.
  22. The Falcons didn't think Brett Favre was a challenger for Chris Miller. The Chargers didn't think Drew Brees was a challenger for Phillip Rivers.
  23. Oh, I see. Cherry picked stats. Do you think he's forgotten how to pass?
